Our Story

Before the
transplant,
there was us.

The story behind every prayer, every sacrifice, and every step forward.

The Beginning

Twenty-one years of love.

Twenty-one years ago, we met in college—as classmates, then friends, then sweethearts. In time, we became husband and wife, partners in business, and eventually, partners in serving the Lord.

For 21 years, we have learned to walk through life together—through seasons of joy, challenges, dreams, and ministry. We never imagined that one day, our journey would lead us into a chapter we never planned.

Today, we are walking through our Healing Journey—a journey of faith, sacrifice, prayer, and hope.

Through every test, every waiting season, and every uncertainty, God has reminded us that we are never walking alone. He has surrounded us with people who pray, encourage, and stand with us, while teaching us to trust Him one step at a time.

This is more than a story about a transplant.

It is a story of love that gives, faith that remains, and hope that keeps moving.

And as we continue this journey, we believe the God who has carried us this far will faithfully lead us through the chapters still to come.

The story is still being written. Hope is still alive.

The Gift

For Venus, becoming Allan's potential kidney donor was never simply a medical decision. It was a decision born from love.

But love does not remove fear. It teaches us where to bring our fear.

Through every examination, scan, laboratory test, consultation, and waiting season, we continued to place the outcome in God's hands.

We do not know every detail of the road ahead. But we know this: God has been faithful at every step. Whatever comes next, we will continue walking together with faith, prayer, and hope.
